Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It should also include the original packaging whenever possible.
Please contact us before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Items that have been used, damaged, washed, altered, or assembled
- Items returned without approval
- Items with missing parts, accessories, or original packaging
- Clearance, final sale, or promotional items when marked as non-returnable
- Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the problem. After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.
Refunds
Once your return or claim is reviewed and approved, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or unless the issue was caused by our error.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders can usually be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed by our supplier or carrier, we may not be able to cancel it.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.
We will help check the shipment status and work with the supplier or carrier when possible. Delivery delays caused by customs, weather, holidays, or local carrier issues may be outside our control.
